1 General Terms & Conditions

• Each person is allowed only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same name, address, or device, all of them will be closed.
• The mobile number or email address provided at registration must be active and belong to you.

• Sharing or transferring your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

KYC Verification

All members must complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) process before any payout. This requires a copy of your national ID or passport along with a selfie. hi7 may request additional documents if needed. All KYC information is kept strictly confidential.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposits and withdrawals on hi7 can be made via Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, and other approved payment methods. Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are listed separately on the platform.

Deposit Policy

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name.

General Bonus Terms

• Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once will result in account closure.

The welcome bonus is available to new members only. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus multiple times from the same IP address or device will be treated as bonus fraud, and all associated accounts will be closed.

5 Gaming Rules & Prohibited Conduct

All members are expected to act honestly and fairly while playing on hi7. Any attempt to win through dishonest means is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited Activities

• Playing games using software bots, automation tools, or any third-party programs.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other members to commit fraud (Collusion).
• Using the platform for money laundering or any form of illegal financial transactions.
• Disrespectful behavior toward hi7 staff.

If any of the above activities are proven, hi7 reserves the right to forfeit all balances and winnings associated with the account and permanently close it.

6 Responsible Gaming

Hi7 believes gaming is a form of entertainment, not a solution to financial problems. We encourage all members to play responsibly.

• Deposit Limits: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits for your account.
• Session Time Limit: Set a limit on how long you play in one session. Once the time is up, you will automatically receive a break reminder.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

8 Dispute Resolution

• In the event of a dispute over a game result, the game log and server records will be considered final.
